物件みつかる！

最初の投稿から、早3か月。物件を探していたロケーションにて、夢に描いていた通りの物件に出会いました。不動産会社への申し込みが済み、来週契約まで辿りつけそうです。
夢への最初の一歩ですが、大きな一歩です！

It's been almost three months since I posted the first blog.  Now I have found a wonderful house for my guesthouse where I plan to open, and prepared for many things to make a contract for leasing the house.
This is the first step, but it is a big step!  Do my best!
