2015年夏から、羽田空港周辺でゲストハウスを開業すべく、亀の歩みで活動してます。
最初は、不動産会社を通しての賃貸物件を探しておりましたが、なかなか条件に見合う物件に巡り合えずにいます。現在は、大田区空き家活用事業を通して、空き家物件待ちしてますが、こちらも難航中。今後は、地図を片手に自分の足で探す予定です。
羽田周辺は、私の地元川崎の対岸でもあり、かつて4年ほど就労していましたので、馴染み深いロケーション。
法的な情報、羽田周辺、地元川崎周辺の情報をアップしていきますので、宜しくお願いいたします。
就労しながら進めてますが、焦らず諦めずをモットーにやっていきます！
Hello I am Hisayo Journey!
I have been planning to open a guest house near Tokyo International Airport since summer 2015.
The beginning was to look for the rent through real estate companies, but could not find the one so far.  So now I am looking for vacant houses as well, and registered to Ota-ku vacant house renovation system.  Also I will have a map with me and walk around the area to find vacant houses.  Hopefully I can find the one I love in the near future!
The reasons why I chose this area are the access to the airport is very convenient, it's close to my hometown, and finally I used to work around that area for about 4 years so I am familiar with that location.
I will update the information regarding with obtain a permission from local health department, and information around Haneda, Kawasaki areas.
I will be working and keep on going until I can have guests from in and out of Japan and try not to rush and give up!
