緊急のお知らせ！

当宿のビジネスメールのプロバイダーが不正アクセスされたことにより、従来のメールアドレスが使えません。

緊急に宿用のGmailを作成しましたが、只今、ブッキングドットコム経由のご予約詳細の確認ができない状態にあります。

本日、日本時間午後7時以降にサイトに入れなくなり、お客様のご予約詳細が確認できないため、返信メールが出せない状態です。

明日対応しますので、いましばらくお待ちいただくようお願い申し上げます。

Attention!

Due to unauthorized access to our business email provider, my inn's previous email address is currently unavailable.

I have urgently set up a Gmail account for the inn; however, I am currently unable to access reservation details made via Booking.com.

I lost access to the site after 7:00 PM JST today, and as I cannot view guest reservation details, I am unable to send replies at this time.

I will address this matter tomorrow and ask for your patience in the meantime.
